Carl's Jr Gluten Free Options!

After the KFC Grilled Chicken debacle (they put flour on their "grilled" chicken), I was hesitant about fast food places.

Then I went into Carl's Jr. menu and noticed they are now offering GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! wOO HOO!

You can now order their burger selections just specifying "lettuce wraps" instead of buns. Their website even has full disclosure of allergic ingredients listings.

They had a coupon for printing. We got the side salads with balsamic dressing, the Guacomole Bacon 6 dollar burger with a "wrap" instead of the bun. DELICIOUS!

They warn about the chicken (breading probably), and are very upfront about their food.

CARLS JR. ROCKS! KFC COULD TAKE A LESSON.

Good point, as thyroid conditions are more common in those with celiac disease: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/celiac-disease-amp-related-diseases-and-disorders/thyroid-pancreatic-disorders-and-celiac-disease/

@DebD5 it sounds like you are in the super sensitive celiac disease zone--and if so your reactions are real, and not psychological, as your doctor implied.  It's also possible you have other dietary triggers so be sure to look at that article in my last post in this thread.
