first i hear dairy is good then i see in "hidden sources of gluten list" that it is not gluten-free!!! is it or isn't it.

i hear that the D can last upto a year after being diag. after a month i thought they were ok. but could she still be having the D because of the dairy????

Butter and milk should be fine.

You could be having issues with lactose or casein.

Many ppl have problems with Dairy until thier intestines heal from the damage that celiac disease causes.

There's no gluten in milk or butter, hidden or otherwise.

If the D is not stopping, then I would remove all dairy for a few months and then introduce again slowly. That is what I personally had to do.

If it is the dairy, keeping it out of the diet for several months will help. When you reintroduce it, use only a tablespoon or two to check reaction. If a reaction occurs, limiting the amount will help limit the length and severity of the reaction. Also, if a reaction occurs, wait another couple of months before trying again. We had to do this with all three of our kids. With one it only took a few months, with another it was over two years. We still laugh about him putting coffee on his cereal instead of milk.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
