Barium Swallow And Gluten Free Product

Had a barium swallow today. The tech was wonderful. She just grabbed the phone to call the company when I asked if the product they used was gluten free. This hospital used "E Z Em" products. She made a list of three items that are NOT gluten free and posted it for the other techs.

NOT gluten free products:

Readi Cat 2 Vanilla Smoothie is not gluten free because of the flavoring (other flavors are gluten free)

Maxi Bar

Liquid Polibar Plus (the regular Liquid Polibar is gluten free, just the Plus is not)

      Going on a cruise next week and I’m a celiac. Bought a bottle of GliandinX. Should I just take two tablets per day as a precaution? Never tried this before!! Any help is appreciated!!
