Nightshade Free?

Those of you that are nightshade free, do you have a gluten-free bread you can eat? I'm still bloating like crazy, so I thought I'd try this until testing for food allergies. I'm already dairy free.

I have to look for bread without soy and potato starch, and there's not much tasty out there. But I do seem to recall some that have soy and no potato, if you do soy that is. Sorry I can't help with specifics. I make my own :)

Glutino fiber bread is potato free and dairy free. They do have a warning about traces of soy though. So far it hasn't botherer me but I don;t eat a lot of it either.

Food for Life Brown Rice Bread is dairy, soy, and potato free.

Food for Life brown rice wraps are what I eat mostly or Mission corn tortillas.

Kinickkinick has some hamburger buns that are potato dairy and soy free. But their English muffins which look similar and are packed similar have potato in them. The birds do like the English muffins though.

If you are doing nightshade free also watch out for peppers and tomatoes.

Thanks everyone! I found out by my food diary I felt not so good with tomato, I don't find potato so bad though. I've never been able to eat peppers without gastro problems. I also find out that I think I am sensitive with brown rice. I am hoping white is alright going to try that soon. I'm going to try this bread, thanks! I haven't progressed into baking yet, but look forward to it!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
