If that is ALL the lab reports say, then they didn't test for celiac. It is a very specific IgA and IgG test they need to run, not a "general" one.

You need a Celiac Panel of tests done:

Deamidated gliadin peptide antibody IgG

Deamidated gliadin peptide antibody IgA

Anti-human tTG IgA

Anti-endomysial IgA

Total serum IgA:

When I am reading this is also has a couple of other things on there:

Tissue Transglut IgA & IgG

TTG-IgA <1.2

TTG-IgG <1.2

It also said on there

Normal serum protein electrophoresis

Would these tests change if when they took the blood I wasn't eating that much gluten? Should I have it done again and eat what I KNOW makes me sick? I just feel like everything I have read about Celiac sounds like what I have. I also just had a baby and was told that they found abnormal antibodies. I am waiting to get those results. I am willing to go gluten free, but it is a hard lifestyle change if I am not 100% sure that I have it. It is also a hard lifestyle change because I already can not eat dairy. Any advise is helpful!

Thanks,

Ashley

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
