Cold And Hot - Cross Contamination Or Sick

Hi,

I am new to the disease and I have been cold and then really hot and I am wondering if it is cross contamination. I went to Chipolte yesterday and the lady change her gloves and then wipe the cabinet with the flour tortillas on it. Does anyone else have these symptoms?

As a super sensitive I will tell you that I no longer go to restaurants. I got tired of getting sick every time. I have to go to such extremes to make my food safe for me to eat. I can't imagine that it can be done in a restaurant.

Hi,

I am new to the disease and I have been cold and then really hot and I am wondering if it is cross contamination. Does anyone else have these symptoms?

Both my daughter and I now tend to get low grade fevers when glutened, and also sometimes we feel cold even when we're not, but that's usually just before the fever hits us. :-(

Haven't been able to go to a restaurant without getting sick in months and months, for me. CC is just so easy to get, sadly.

      I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

      Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?

      Thankyou so much for your words.Its a hard battle when a supposed well known hospital whose celiac " specialist " has down played me because my colon looks fine and put it in my medical and so pcp doesn't take seriously. In their eyes we all carry that gene.Im having alot of bad days trying to be positive because of it.
