Gluten Free Sauces

I have just joined this forum and saw some old posts about gluten-free Worcester Sauce.

A year ago I arrived in the US from UK.

Some contributers claim that Worcester sauce IS gluten-free. In UK it is not - as Malt vinegar is used.

Special gluten-free Worcester sauce, soy sauce and brown sauce are freely available in British supermarkets.

I have searched in vain for gluten-free Worcester sauce in the USA - Amazon does not have it and neither do any on-line providers. I would be most grateful for any guidance

(BTW I got Marigold Vegetable Boullion on Amazon. I have found this product to be very useful)

Go to the grocery. No need to get it on line. Lea & Perrins Worchester sauce says gluten-free on it.

In the US, this is true.

In Canada the first ingredient is malt vinegar from barley. From the original post, is seems that is also true in the UK.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
