As far as I know it is although I can't find info on line. I've used it.

It's at janeskrazy.com and there's a contact e-mail, but the ingredients aren't listed. Anyway, if there's no wheat and no malt, I'd use it. Still, you can contact them.

There are only 4 ingredients in Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt:

Salt, Herbs/Spices, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic.

Y'all are good to go!

Why do I have a 9.5 ounce shaker in my cabinet at all times? Because it's great in eggs, on meats, and especially POPCORN.

Have a good weekend everyone

(PS - I heard it's also especially good in a gluten-free bloody mary. It IS the weekend after all!)

Just an FYI - I recently tested this product in the NIMA sensor and it detected gluten.  I've been trying to reach the mfg. to inquire about the manufacturing process and the possibility of cross contamination but so far they are non-responsive.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
