I'm in disney world and am very pleased by my disney resort, magic kingdom, and hollywood studios. They all have wonderful gluten free options and the chef speaks to you personally and doesn't let anyone else touch your food. These places are all disney owned resturants that did so well. However, I ate in downtown disney our first day here and got sick! The places in downtown are NOT disney owned and the chef neglected to tell me that the ribs are smoked in barley, he only mentioned that the bbq sause was gluten-free. I found out on my own after double checking because the rainforest cafe said the ribs are a no go and they are made the same way. So be sure anyplace you eat is owned by disney because if not cc is a big concern. Yak and yeti and rainforest cafe in animal kingdon are off limits as well as world showcase in epcot and anyplace in downtown disney.

Sorry you got sick on vacation. TREX is not owned by Dinsey but Planet Hollywood in Downtown Disney is. I have eaten there 3 times as a celiac with great results. I have also -being the Disney freak i am- have eaten at every resturant in the world showcase at Epcot with the exception of japan as a celiac . All those places in Epcot will accomodate you and the chefs will come out and take care of you just like at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Did you contact special guest services before your trip? All the hotels will accommodate you as well . I had a great time at Chef Mickeys on our last trip in March when I got back from the buffet the chef brought me a special gluten free warm chocolate cupcake with mickey sprinkles ...yum

If you can not tolerate Bobs Red Mill products don't eat at BabyCakes in Downtown Disney. It is a gluten free bakery but they use BRM flours/meals. I have to say there stuff was good though, but the after effects wern't.

Many years ago yes, after eating and going to bed, apparently my esophagus filled with food that my body rejected, the esophagus would lay against the Heart sack (pericardium?) and the heart would respond by becoming arrhythmic. That went away with the strict diet.

I was commenting on the report saying it did not mention migraines! Yes it does last paragraph says have not seen any evidence that Celiac cause migraines! I thought this was about truth?

It has been known for some years that celiacs suffer from migraines at a higher rate than the general populatation. It is an established symptom.

I suffer so bad with migraines when I eat gluten! Yes diagnosed celiac disease n 2015 and it took me years to discover gluten was behind me having severe migraines.  So yes it happens there has to be others like me!

If black seed oil is working for his Afib, stick to it, but if not, I can say that ablation therapy is no big deal--my mother was out of the procedure in about 1 hour and went home that evening, and had zero negative effects from the treatment. PS - I would recommend that your husband get an Apple watch to monitor his Afib--there is an app and it will take readings 24/7 and give reports on how much of the time he's in it. Actual data like this should be what should guide his treatment.
