Sorry you're struggling with migraines from the withdrawl. When I get a migraine nothing helps except to lay in a dark room with a cold compress over my eyes. I take tylenol PM and sleep if I can. It's been a long time since I had to do that however so do make sure Tylenol PM is gluten-free.

I grabbed some Tylenol extra strength. Can't nap now. And the sun is shining in AZ. Sitting at school waiting on my son, have the sun shield up and am hiding.

Sorry! Hope you can get home safely and rest soon. I can't even function when I have a migraine. I wouldn't be able to drive. Keeping the sun shield up as long as you can and keeping your sun glasses on may help. Drink lots of cold water if you can (heat and dehydration can make them worse.) I hope the tylenol works for you!

Yes, it's working. Thank you!

It's nice just to have a headache and not want to vomit and scream.

Have a cup of strong tea or coffee. Caffeine is also helpful for migraines. Excedrin migraine is tylenol, aspirin, and caffeine.

Good luck, hope you head it off!

Thanks for asking  I’m mainly looking for gluten-free staples and snacks. Any recommendations for brands or go-to items would be appreciated.

sorry a bit confused so I should take my B complex along with Objective Nutrients Thiamax for TTFD but what about a Benfotiamine to take. The Life extensions contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine together or im confusing myself. I am trying to see if I take Thiamax what should I take for Benfotiamine. Thanks EDITING after further research I see ones water soluble ones fat soluble. So I guess 100MG as you suggested of Life Extension contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine Hydrochloride. and the Objective Nutrients Thiamax contains TTFD.     would work for me.

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.
