Puffin's cereal is listed as wheat free, not gluten free. I tried it and it gave me Glutened symptoms.

Yeah, the one I was eating said Wheat free "Puffins", but reading the ingredients I saw Malt listed. This was a while back, and I thought I was eating gluten-free. :(

I dunno if this plays into it at all.. but when I eat fresh oranges (LOVE THEM!) my lips get all tingly and numb.

Are you on meds? My pastor can't eat citrus (oranges) because of some med he is on. I asked him to see if maybe he could try a different med so he can eat healthy food.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
