I Found A Good Roll Recipe

I found a roll recipe that was very good and taste and have a similar texture to gluten dinner rolls. I found it on the King Arthur website, it is based on using their gluten-free flour blend. The only changes I made were I substituted the hi-fiber flour for 1/4C of th KA gluten-free flour. I also did not use the optional cake optimiser since my grocery store did not have any.

The recipe can be found here Open Original Shared Link

I just wanted to share since I was very excited to find that they were not only edible but resembled the gluten rolls I was missing.

Thanks so much for posting this! I just got some of their flour in the mail, and I need a good roll recipe.

Yes, @trents is right, ascorbic acid can be irritating.  Do you take it with food? Do you take other supplements or vitamins? Do you eat processed meats?   Is your diet high in carbohydrates?

Be careful with C supplementation. It's ascorbic "acid". Too much can cause stomach and gut irritation.
