Looking for a good gluten-free pizza sauce in Canada. I know Ragu products are gluten free but I cant find their pizza sauce anywhere.

i'm in the US but I use pasta (marinara sauce) for pizza. If its a little too runny for you, you could strain it a bit. Its good becasue you only use about 1/3 of a jar maybe for the pizza and then can have pasta in a few days.

Do you have NoName products where you are? Or Hunts? Double check, but the last time I checked they were both gluten free! You could also try using a gluten free barbeque sauce for barbeque-chicken pizza :)

I don't know whether you can get Muir Glen tomato products. However, I use their tomato paste on pizza crust. I just spread it thinly on the crust and sprinkle oregano, basil and garlic powder over the tomato paste. That's less expensive than 'pizza sauces' and absolutely gluten, dairy, etc. free (just tomatoes).

I also just use pasta sauce as pizza sauce. I usually make my own sauce, but if I"m too lazy I generally use Classico. If too runny for your tastes, you could add a bit of tomato paste to thicken it.

Prego is gluten-free. Its a Campbells brand.

Classico's red pasta sauces are also gluten-free.

Yeah I never thought about using just pasta sauce. I guess Classico Tomato and Basil would come closest to actual pizza sauce?

It can take longer than 6 months for antibodies to drop to the normal range,  My DGP IgA took a few years as I got stricter and stricter about being gluten free  But having symptoms again could also mean you’re getting some gluten in your diet.

Hi, I just had my 6 month check after being diagnosed Celiac 6 months ago.  All of my panel numbers were normal except: Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgA (It is 31 with high being over 30)  I have also been having symptoms again. Am I not actually being as careful as I think I am or does it take longer than 6 months for this particular test to come back down?  I can't get ahold of my doctor this week as she is out.     Thank you!

That is very strange, because it looks to me like two very different test results, but for the same test! It's definitely time to contact your doctor for clarity on this.

Scott, thank you SO MUCH for this!! She has been through so much in the last three years as we've tried to track down answers. This language will definitely help me help her to reframe.
