Are Eggs Suitable For Celiacs?

I hope someone can help me with this topic. Eggs are listed as foods that can be consumed by celiacs, however, I´ve read that among the foods chicken are fed (including organic/free-range ) are grains and some of them are gluten-containing cereals.

Wouldn´t this make eggs (and poultry too) unsuitable for celiacs?

My son ate a lot of peanut butter and chocolate milk the first 18 years of his life. When he got a cut, he didn't ooze PB or choc milk. A digestive system breaks down the food into nutrients that go into the blood and then the cells. What a digestive system can't break down, comes out the other end as poop. We need to realize that many animals are especially equipped to eat things we can't. A cow eats lots of grass. We can't digest it but they can.

Eggs are considered safe for Celiacs to eat.
