Earlier I read the ingredients on some sweets . In the english ingredients it seemed gluten free . But below it had AU ingredients and it had glucose syrup from wheat . So this means the product is not okay ? Kinda confused me , never seen a product with different ingredients for different country's :S

The difference I think is in labeling regs. Some would consider the the glucose syrup processed enough to be gluten free. Personally I would pass on the item.

I'm in Canada. The Canadian Celiac Association lists "glucose syrup" as safe for us, saying, "the manufacturing process renders glucose syrups gluten-free regardless of the source of the starch."

      I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

      Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
