Need A Good Multi-Vitamin

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good gluten-free, df, soy free, corn free, yeast free multi-vitamin. I just realized that the one I'm taking, Nature's Plus Ultra Pre-Natal has soy in it, but is free of everything else. I'm not pregnant, but I was taking it because of the extra vitamins. I'm low on D and I also have some problems with Copper, and this one didn't have copper in it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Tracey

I don't know what they have available in prenatals, but GNC certifies all their multis as free of common allergens. I've been happy with them so far, but I have multiple friends who work in that chain, so I get extra help picking stuff out when I need it. Not sure about the copper, to be honest. If it's not supposed to be in a prenatal, I imagine it wouldn't be in theirs.

Check out Jamieson Super Vita-Vim. Im reading the bottle and it seems all good.

Check out Puristat's Advanced Supplementation (their multi-vitamin). I double checked their site and it states the products are free of gluten, corn, soy, sugar, salt, dairy, yeast, wheat, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors. I have been using them for the past 6 months and they have been great for me.

I've been using Pioneer and it doesn't have any of those allergens you mentioned and it's sugar-free too. I get the chewable, but it's available in capsules, too. Make sure you get the "gluten free" one (that might be the only one, but it definitely says "gluten free" on it).

It can take longer than 6 months for antibodies to drop to the normal range,  My DGP IgA took a few years as I got stricter and stricter about being gluten free  But having symptoms again could also mean you’re getting some gluten in your diet.

Hi, I just had my 6 month check after being diagnosed Celiac 6 months ago.  All of my panel numbers were normal except: Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgA (It is 31 with high being over 30)  I have also been having symptoms again. Am I not actually being as careful as I think I am or does it take longer than 6 months for this particular test to come back down?  I can't get ahold of my doctor this week as she is out.     Thank you!

That is very strange, because it looks to me like two very different test results, but for the same test! It's definitely time to contact your doctor for clarity on this.

Scott, thank you SO MUCH for this!! She has been through so much in the last three years as we've tried to track down answers. This language will definitely help me help her to reframe.
