I was at Whole Foods yesterday and in the fridge/deli area I saw an uncooked/fresh gluten free cheese pizza and decided to try it. It was THE BEST!!! I added some jalapenos and baked it for 10 minutes. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ingredients listed potato flakes. Does anyone have a pizza dough recipe with potato flakes? I really want to make this dough.

Best pizza I EVER had I made myself with Polenta!

Now that is fun, season the heck out of it, leave it "runny", pour it out

on parchment paper(I just bought some reusable sheets!)

cook in a HOT oven for a few then top it and bake again,

keeping the rack on the bottom. It will get crispy,(EVOO)

if that's the way you want it. I also make lasagna noodles too!

Just cut long strips of the stuff. Too bad, corn is making me

FAT! I heard in Germany they only feed corn to the pigs?
