Anyone Else Feel A "lump" In Their Stomach?

Hi everyone.

I'm new to this board and have recently had an endoscopy done with biopsies taken for possible Celiac disease and for H.Pylori Bacteria. I won't know for about 5-8 more days. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced feeling a "lump" in their stomach almost four fingers width down from where their ribs meet at the bottom. I have this lump feeling there and it gets worse as the day goes on and the more I eat during the day...which frankly hasn't been much lately.

I was just wondering if this symptom fits more with Celiac or the H Pylori?

It could be a hiatal hernia, which is common among those with Celiac.

Thank you I actually thought that too Except that my Gastro doc said that a hernia would show up on my cat scan and there was nothing there.?? Very confusing how I can feel a lump but they can't see it on a CT or an abdominal ultrasound. I can only feel it pronounced when I am up standing and walking around or sitting. Not when I lay down flat. And of course the doctor had me lay down to feel my abdomen.

I had this when I was eating gluten and still now sometimes when I eat something that triggers a reaction- like oatmeal for example. It's just inflammation I think that makes it feel like there's a lump in my stomach
