I have been doing so good on keeping away from gluten and finally my chest and face are starting to clear up.

But.....

Of course last night got glutened! :(

Now my chest is all broke out and I'm soo tired! Any recommendations on a lotion or something??

Has anyone ever tried any products from terrain? They are linked to urban outfitters but theymake organic herbal remedies. I tried e mailing them but no one answered.

Ice packs, fast and frequent. Vanicream lotion is great for many DH sufferers - you can find it at the drug store, OTC.

Good advice from Prickly; in fact I used some Vanicream after my shower today. Also anything with 20% Benzocaine in it (Orajel, Bactine, pain relieving cream).

And a couple 3 shots of the hard stuff --- nighty nite.laugh.gif

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
