Domino's should be ashamed. They are doing a half-assed job at trying to cater to those who have "minor gluten sensitivities" and in most cases, those with gluten sensitivities do NOT have minor problems. I think it's really catering more to those who are doing the gluten-free diet fad right now. I mean, Kim Kardashian, Milley Cyrus and other celebrities are going gluten-free, so it's now "trendy" for big food chains to do gluten-free. I'm more angry with the NFCA, though. I think they really made a serious error, sticking up for Domino's. They seem to be going against their own cause. Shame on them!

      My feeling is that histamine intolerance/MCAS is doesn't get enough press in the medical world and is greatly underdiagnosed.

      Have you heard anything about being celiac and pills, vitamins not absorbing into your system? I hope that makes sense. Basically, you don’t get the full effect. There is something that helps the absorption, like Vit C?? Thanks for all of your help.

      Prana Organics no longer GFCO-certified

      Updating to note that it has been over a month since I initially wrote Prana and they haven't provided a response to my question about what testing limits (ppm) they use now. I've sent them a couple reminder emails but nothing. Booo.
