We are in Catalina for the 4th of July and went hiking this morning. I had problems with bloating this morning on our hike and was wondering if anyone else has been on the island hiking and experienced problems? I have a picture of the wheat like plant but can't post to this page from my iPhone. If you want to see the pic, please post your email address and I can send it.

Meant to say I have a pic of the wheat like plant that is all over the island.

unlikely to be a problem, it would have to "get in you" in some way....if you didn't eat it, and it wasn't crushed in some fashion, unlikely. probably just vacation/different routine etc.

Are these them? Open Original Shared Link If so, sea oats look like wheat or oats but are not. They're a grass that helps with beach erosion and makes a good nesting ground for sea birds. I grew up in FL and miss them. Enjoy the beach! I'm jealous!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
