  1. forcing "food" through the digestive system does not force toxins into the flesh....if anything it would do the opposite because there isnt enough time for absorption...also...many of these "toxins" are too large a molecule to be absorbed through the intestinal lining. it would be the same as if a human took a laxitive to speed up the digestion process....
  2. also...weber grill downtown has a gluten free menu...its sooooo good!!

  5. yep thats the kind...i always have the apple syrup ones in my freezer!! I LOVE THEM!!!
  6. i cant remember the brand name but i know my Kroger has them in w/ all the other sausages and they have a brown, paper type covering...they are flavored chicken sausage....the apple maple is my fave, but they have chipotle, sun dried tomato and basil, buffalo style, sweet italian, bluberry...they have thicker ones like for a bun and thin ones for breakfast...

  8. i ate there over the weekend and had the potato rounds w/ spicy garlic dip and wings w/ mild (sauce on the side) YUM and no sicky afterwards!!
  9. i use curls rocks...i have tried to contact the company and never got a response so if anyone knows if it is not ok...let me know....the ingredients appear to be ok...but who knows.

  11. thanks...i am catholic so....all thats what i thought...no drinking out of the community cup for me...seems like if everyone just took the wafer and then all drank from the cup....well the thought of drinking after the whole church is enough to turn my stomach!! ha!!
  12. so...has anyone been able to take communion but avoid the wheat-y wafer (by asking that they be switched or have a special one or something??)....or are they even made w/ wheat to begin w/...i have no clue except that i had a headache all day yesterday until it dawned on me that the wafer was prob the problem...

    they dip into the cheese and lettuce w/ their gloved hands that they just rolled a big burrito w/...so maybe skip those 2 items (i take them home and add that later)
  14. luckily i can eat real cheese so i dont know about the soy cheese...but on the soy topic...i just tried low fat chocolate silk....oh my gosh!!! its sooooooooooooooooooooo good!! expensive but wow, it may be worth it!
  15. fyi, red bull now has a sugar free kind.
  16. i had it and liked it...BUT i had to doctor it up w/ some meat and more cheese and had to cook it right on the rack to make the crust crispy, otherwise its a little too cakey for my taste. its really not the best pizza (i miss papa johns) but it'll do!!!
  17. i think their most expensive entree is the sea bass and its $23.

  21. went there last night and had zero trouble...got the 6 oz sirloin w/ no grill shortening, baked potato no grill shortening, and salad w/ no croutons(obviously)...it was seriously the best steak i have EVER had...i usually like going there but last night i LOVED it!!! YAY!!! the only bad part was the boyfriend who was drinking a beer....grrrr grumble grumble...

  23. my grandmother is diabetic and this may be a good alternative for her-ive never heard of it...is it in a crystal/powder form like sugar!!?!?!?
  24. well...my point was...why do chinese places (only example i know of off hand) go so far as to say they dont have msg...but places like frito lay cant just take it out and make the same claim
  25. Why is there so much (negative) hype about certain chinese foods having MSG in them (or not having it in them) if it seems no big deal for things like Cheetos to have it in them!?!??! i know MSG is bad...right?!?!? so why is it still in main stream things like cheetos??
