    Thank you, I never thought about the amount of soy. This is the first time I have had any soy sauce since going gluten free. Altough I didn't use a lot, it may just be my body couldn't tolerate the small amount I did get. Thank you all so much for your suggestions.

    Has anyone else tried to Wal-Mart Great Value Soy Sauce? It says gluten free on the label, so I bought some last week. Now I am wondering if it really is gluten free.     I get those pains often. I have had them on and off for 6 years. I had it so bad once I passed out at work.
