  1. Hi, THE BEST is Pamela's mixes. OH MY GOSH, the chocolate cake is the best! The whole family loved the cake, you could not even tell it was gluten-free. HI--- I have noticed no more sick to my tummy all day long less bloated diarrhea no more-used to always after I ate Gluten However, my joint, back and headaches have increased since I have gone gluten-free I never had headaches. Not sure what to do about that and also I am having major leg cramps. If you know please advise, thanks Valerie
  3. You should be a doctor, great message. Thank you. I am one that has very many of all the symptoms you named and I just found out 2 months ago that I have Celiac disease. I have had the pain and skin problems for years. Boy, I am sure glad I found a good GI doctor to get me on this gluten-free diet. Howevever, I have more headaches and leg cramps more...

  5. Hi All; I am only 2 months in to this gluten-free. My Mom found Pamela's cake mix for my birthday and boy is it great!!!! My whole family thought it was the best ever.   6. I have had fibromayliga since 1994, after a bodybuilding competition. I blew it off, I have had so many health issues happen since then too. Now 2 months ago I find out I have celiac disease and it ties in. However, after reading everyone's replies I can't say the Gluten Free diet has helped my FM problem.   8. Hi, I can no longer drink any coffee, it makes me very sick. I just drink hot tea now. I am not sure if I would even chance the mixes. Good luck.
  9. Hi, I was told years ago I had fibromyalgia and IBS. I did a bodybuilding competion and afterwards started coming down with so many health issues. I was 29 then, I blew it all off.     I had on halloween a butterfinger mini and reese's mini peanut butter cups. I felt awful the next day. Major cramps and bloating. Are you sure they are Gluten Free?

    I have only know for a month that I have this disease. I have had it for along time due to all the symptons though. I have been so strict on this diet and YES I am too having some bad flare ups!!! I think it is due to time and healing. Not only that if you have much stress in your life like I am right now it will make you feel like crap! Get to feeling better...
