Possibly you can try contacting the main company they are contracted with and try to get some results that way.   2. I like the corn pastas. They seem to taste better than most of the sticky rice pasta. I tried Mrs. Leepers corn the other day , it was wonderful!! De boles also makes a few corn ones. Try them, what do you have to loose -Jessica
  3. Molly- Hidden valley ranch is not gluten-free, unless they have changed their forumlation in the last year. You might want to call them and double check. I know when I contacted them they said it contained trace amounts of gluten. Pilly Cream cheese is gluten-free -Jessica
  4. Only the Nacho cheese flavored Doritos(in the red bag) contain wheat flour. Hope that clears it up. -Jessica

  9. Any time you eat a processed food you are taking a risk pretty much. They are being upfront and warning you that there is a chance of cross-contamination. I personally haven't had trouble with them. I am pretty sensitive. -Jessica

  11. Heather- Make sure to let the store and the company that the turkey was made from know that they are carrying expired stuff on the shelves.   20. The vitamins of Nature Made that are Gluten free directly say "Gluten Free" on the bottle in bold letters They are an awesome company that actually tells us what is safe and what is not . Hope that helps. -Jessica
  21. You might try wearing one of those surgical/allergy masks. That would limit anything you breathe in. Also try wearing long sleeve shirts and long pants/jeans. I would also maybe wear some cotton gloves. When you get home, take a shower!! -Jessica
  22. Viactiv Calcium Chews are gluten-free. Not sure if ALL the flavors are, but I eat the chocolate ones and it is MUCH better than swallowing a HUGE tablet. *just a note, not ALL naturemade vitamins are gluten-free. You have to read the label and it will state if it is gluten free. -Jessica

  24. I use bob's red mill all the time with xanthan gum. It is a cup for cup replacement for wheat flour. -Jessica
  25. I thought it was a pretty darn good segment seeing as it was under 5 min. long. I was impressed with the amount of information that Dr. Hoffenberg got into the segment. Always a good thing to get information out!! -Jessica
