  2. i agree with you, coffee kills anyones tummy! maybe you should try cutting that out like she said and that might make a big difference!
  3. well i'll admit it, i'm a newbie floating around, although i've been doing the gluten-free thing for almost two years now, so i dont let "hearsay" from other people get to me. I really doubt anything that was said was done to intentionally hurt someone, but, please don't be mean to me, i'm nice!
  4. Hey everyone, I just joined this site a few days ago. My name is Di, and I'm 22 and in college. I've been a gluten-free gal since '04, and am having alot of problems ... Is anyone else out there in college right now? How do you deal with eating on campus? What do you bring to school to snack on? How do you deal with all the social problems when everyone wants...
  5. i thought cocoa puffs were always unsafe, aren't coacoa pebbles ok???

I'm sorry if this topic has already been covered, my sister just got engaged and will probably be having children soon, and I'm at the age where in a few years I will be as well. I was...
  9. I'm sorry to hear about your mistake, but, don't feel to bad, I made the same one myself last year! there is actually a kind that they serve in the hospital that is held together with xantham gum instead of wheat starch, but i'm not even sure where to get that. Hope ya'll weren't sick for too long!
  10. I was put on remicade, a very expensive drug that you get VIA IV among other things (prednisone, azasan, xifaxin) and I went from being in crisis and in the hospital to being almost normal. Look into remicade. I have both UC and celiac, I also now take an anti spasmoadic to calm my stomach like pamine or symax.
