Hi Gardening, you are on the right track at my home I have my own toaster, cutting board (the family uses the old one),strainer (ie:spaghetti/potatoe etc), my shampoo/conditioner are labeled in the shower gluten free as well as my lotions, i use the clorox wipes on the counters instead of a sponge, i use one shelf for gluten free stuff in my pantry, i also... -

i hear you about the anxiety.. yes perforation is a risk, i was trying to be helpful regarding the surg/procedure.. that is why we can't compare time frames.. you want to make sure your doc goes slow and gets it done once and right.. good luck with this.. i hope all is well.. -

Hi Gardening. I just wanted to clarify for you that this is a procedure not a surgery, there is no incision, they refer to this as a "flip flop", she will have the endoscopy then the colonoscopy right after.. they are given light sedation "twilight" usually by an IV and they don't remember anything...I hope this helps, everyone's procedure time is usually... -

I don't know if there is a connection w/celiac. I just had my gallbladder out sept 2, i was fine all summer then one day i got hit w/pain real bad, sick, dehydrated spent a week in the hospital before they realized it was my gallbladder. I never had any problems before. I didn't have a stone it just stopped working. They did a HIDA scan and my ejection... -

I totally agree I am trying to find out if anyone else has had a funny reaction to these foods. So if they have I can relate my crappy feeling symptoms to it. I am very careful about cc so that is why I asked the question because these are the only two new foods I added to my diet. -

i used to take lexapro years ago.. when i took the first dose it was awful.. normal dose is 10 to 20mg.. within hours i was sick to my stomach, diarrhea, fog, just sat like a zombie (brain fog), called my pcp to tell him and we decided to start with the 5 mg..until the stomach can handle it then go to 10mg. I was just diagnosed with hasimotos even though my blood tests were normal, but my thyroid is enlarged and i have nodules that they watch every year with ultrasound. My endocrinologist said that it can be it even though my blood work doesn't show it, but they don't give you anything to txt it unless symptoms get worse. has anyone else experienced...
