    Hi Gardening. I just wanted to clarify for you that this is a procedure not a surgery, there is no incision, they refer to this as a "flip flop", she will have the endoscopy then the colonoscopy right after.. they are given light sedation "twilight" usually by an IV and they don't remember anything...I hope this helps, everyone's procedure time is usually...

    I just wanted everyone that Whole Foods is carrying Sweet Sin cakes. They are Gluten free, Dairy free, Casien free and Soy free. Also made in a Dedicated facility....     I don't know if there is a connection w/celiac. I just had my gallbladder out sept 2, i was fine all summer then one day i got hit w/pain real bad, sick, dehydrated spent a week in the hospital before they realized it was my gallbladder.     Does anyone know if this is gluten free. I noticed the box doesn't say it anymore. I went to the supermarket today and it was labeled by the store 99% caffeine free and 100% gluten free. I got so excited and got 2 boxes for the cold days... I really want my hot chocolate fix... ;0) Thanks in advance....

    Hi thanks for the info... I was just questioning if anyone else has had a problem with the donuts.. I know eating 3 in a day is probably not the best thing.     yes i know 3 is a lot of doughnuts... but i was like a kid in a candy shop, found something i could have and had 3 over a period of a day... not all at once... ;0) i will try eating another one,, just to see if this is the case. boy i hope not...

    I totally agree I am trying to find out if anyone else has had a funny reaction to these foods. So if they have I can relate my crappy feeling symptoms to it. I am very careful about cc so that is why I asked the question because these are the only two new foods I added to my diet.
