    Hi Dandelionmom what I would do is just give her another reminder. Sometimes face to face is more personal and effective than email. email can be taken all different ways. Also I would just go ahead and provide her with a box containing gluten free pastas and crafts supplies ie:glue,etc this way there will be no reason for this mistake happening again...

    I don't think you jumped the gun. You did what you thought was right for your daughter at the time. Some children just have bowel symptoms without it being Celiac.     Hi Jerseygirl, I have tried their french bread (bagetts)and their rolls. I absolutely love them. I can now make hamburgers and eat them with my family and not cry because my roll is nasty. I also use the french bread for my hot dog roll. You don't even have to heat it up, just defrost. I haven't tried the pizza shells yet, they don't sell them at my local...

    I would have the endoscopy for the fact that, they will see how much damage you have, check for other damage as well to your small intestine and esophagus.
