    Carla and Donna, That is interesting with the hair, i have to wash my hair every day or i feel dirty. I might have to try just putting condioner in it tho, maybe that way i wont fell dirty lol. I do have pretty healthy hair tho, i only cut it like once an year and dont get many split ends. paula

    I am so happy for you donna. Painting is so much fun, i re paint all the time, i cant wait to repaint my bathroom and kitchen when it warms up, last yr we repainted the whole inside and it was so much fun.     Ok i have an question, last night i ate beans for the first time in a long time since i found out my body could not handle them, well last night i did pretty good on them, i only had 2 painful gas cramps, but that was not nearly as bad as how i lived before with beans, i would feel like i was glutened.     \ My husband cant drink milk but he is fine with cheese and what not, even tho he dont eat much cheese cause he dont like it, he did have an lactose intolerance as a baby and had to be on soy but he outgrew some of that intolerance and can handle everything but whole milk, he can handle some 1 percent if need be tho. paula

    Carla and julie, I so agree to what you are saying. Emotional trauma does need to be detoxed in order to get better. I have had a few things happen in my life that have cuased many problems for me, of course im not going to list them here. But only after i started to talk about them can i truely heal. for the most part i have healed from most of them...
