    Well i have lost almost 30 pounds in the last year. I am gluten, casein, soy, sugar and yeast free, the first two for an year and the others ones threwout the yr i have had to give up. I also exercise tho, so maybe you need to add in some exercising and see if that helps. paula

    It mostly takes 2 weeks and 2 days, i have used them twice and for me it was 2.1 and my ss was 2.2. weeks, but we did the whole test. I just sent my package in again to retest my malabsorption and im already going crazy and they just got it yesterday lol. paula

    I guess it matters what u plan on doing with the artwork once you are done, if it will stay in your house, i see no problem with it, if you plan on showing it at an art exhibit i would use tic tacs or something of that nature or you could do that are exactly alike just one with real pills and one without.     Ok i have some good news about the new colors after all. Today i put majove on my eyes and it is very pretty, its dark but pretty, i put it on the lid then on ther crease i used countryside, brow was oasis and samba as liner and it looks very nice, but i did put floating feathers over it all to lighten it up some. But i still wont use it as a bluch lol...
