    I would think strawberries would be ok in moderation if you dont add sugar to them and clean them very very good to get mold off of them.     Well i wasnt taking supplements at the time and was just eating lean meat, veggies and apples and grapefruit. I wasnt eating very much at the time. What are high phenol foods. What kind of infections would you look into. paula

    Nope been casein free for the year and soy free for at least 6 months. I was also yeast and sugar free at the time of the test. Im just baffled. paula

    Ok i posted this on the regular board but thought some of you would know more about this. I retested my malabsorption threw enterolab and my score is higher this time around. Does anyone know what can be causing this or what i should do to get the number to go down. paula

    Well i ordered, i cant wait to try the new lip color, i think it will be very pretty. I only got an eye shadow kit, a flat brush, eye buds, everyday lavendear wear, a sample kit.     I use the regular tea tree oil and i mix it with mouthwash or water. The first night i only used mouthwash with it and my whole mouth foamed up really bad and it scared me, so last night i used it with half mouthwash and half water and 2 small drops of oil and it worked perfectly. They do make tea tree oil mouthwash, but this is the exact same thing. So...

    I forgot i have been taking my temp at different times of the day and its been between 97-8 and 98-2. So now it has me wondering if i could have an thyroid problem even if my blood test are alays normal. paula

    I think i fiugred out part of the rash, i think my kids have used my loufa sponge with gluten soap. cause i now realize i itch all over, and in the areas i scrub real hard on my skin while in the tub. Or its just the loufa sponge that is making me itch. I got some cortizone 10 today and i hope it helps some. paula

    I would see if i could get her in for an blood test and just see if she is Iga deficient, that could be why the scores are so low. Your hubby must also have the dq2 gene, hence why she has to copies. Ill post more in a bit hubby is home for lunch lol paula

    Has anyone ever got an rash from detoxing. Yesterday i woke up with this big rash on my arm, its really splotchy and almost dry looking and it burns. Im thinking maybe from dry skin brushing and the epsom baths and the charcoal, and all the toxins are just coming out of my skin, but im not sure.
