    Does anyone take anything for allergies that is natural. Last night i was out at the park and all the dry grass really got my allergies going. Hubby is also going nuts with the allergies. Any suggestions would be appreciated paula

    I only use 1 cup epsom and 1 cup baking soda. I try to stay at least 20 minutes, if the kids let me lol. I was doing them every day and it helped me so much.
