    If you are going to a place were you know there is nothing safe to eat, then i would eat before hand. Or at least take a snack with you even be it an lara bar or some nuts, depending on what you can eat. paula

    Germanmia, She did tell me to start pancreas enzymes, probotics and stuff to support my gi tract. But cant start anything until the 2 test are performed. I also have to order some of the stuff that she wants me to start taking. So hopefully it will get here soon after the test are done. I would be happy with less bloating, im tired of looking 6 months...

    Maybe i will try it, what do i have to lose. I cant start anything new until i do 2 more test to check for reasons for the blood in the stool tho. Im hoping to get that done next week. So hopefully i can try the scd diet the first of november. I agree about hoping to know exactly what you are dealing with, but it is so hard cause there is not one test...

    Ali, I came back negative for HP, parasites and tapeworms and yeast. Im not counting paraistes and yeast out tho, cause i know they can be hard to show up on test. I also still came out positive for gluten, 2 years later. I have been thinking about scd for a couple of months, but since i cant have dairy, im afraid to start on only chicken soup lol...

    Well im not sure when my iodine disappeared, but when i woke up at 6 am it was gone. I know it was still there but very light at 9 pm lol.     I just had an complete stool test done and one of the test was to check for gluten. I have been gluten free for 20 months now and i know i am very very careful about gluten.     Who has had an comprehensive stool test and with what lab. I just got my results back today and it shows i have an severe leaky gut, occult blood in stool, a few bacterias and pancreatic enzyme problem. I just wanted to see if others have any of these problems and what they did for them. paula

    It is an antibody test for gluten. But if it is cause it stays in your body longer then it does in a blood test, then wouldnt my casein still be elevated. I was negative for casein, soy and eggs. Maybe it is just time to face the facts that I am celiac. Would all the mold exposure cause such an leaky gut. I havent ruled the parasites and yeast out...

    I tested negative for h. pylori. I was hoping you didnt say antibotics, im allergic to most of them. The blood im not really freaking out on yet, cause i did have an hemmie an week prior to the test. I have to order two more test for they can test for something, im waiting to hear back on that.     I went threw the same person that did that hair test. She did send me an protocol and some explaination but im still confused. The only thing i can think of is, im still getting gluten from something (maybe redbridge isnt 100 precetn gluten free lol) or maybe i am just one of the lucky ones, that dont get rid of gluten after 2 years. paula
