    Rachel, Did you ever test your iodine again with lugol's iodine. I was going to try it again with that brand this week and try to stay awake to see when it disappears lol April, SOunds like you had fun decorating this weekend.     I have had hair analysis done also. I have arsenic toxicty, with an high chance of mercury toxicity. I had very high calcium and magnesium whick leds some to beleive its cause of mercry, which im sure it is cause i still have my amalgams and many health problems.     I have never liked the smell of bread or even liked bread. If i had to eat bread growing up, it had to be toasted or have tons of cheese on it. I also would never eat the crust. I think my body was telling me to stay away from bread. paula

    From what i have read on the net, yes they do. I always eat lots of them during halloween season. It is my favortie part of halloween. So after i started using the bathroom alot, i looked online to see if the pumkin seeds, were resposible for it. So i guess it just proves my stool test didnt pick up the parasites after all. paula

    I am afraid to make the scd yogurt, the only thing i use an heating pad is for my stomach lol.     Thanks everyone for the tips. I dont eat much processed food now. The only thing that is going to be hard is giving up the corn. I eat corn tortillas or chips at least once an week. But im sure i can give it up, if i have lived without cheese for 2 years, i can give up corn lol. Yes, sherry, i know detox too well. Im not looking forward to that again....

    i have deicded to bite the bullet and start this plan on nov. 1st. So any tips on getting started would be welcome. Im guessing since my leaky gut is so bad, i best start at phase 1 for a long time, right lol paula

    If it is sugar or cheese that makes you have digestive issues. I would look into candida. It can cause lots of terrible digestive issues that sometimes feel similiar to an gluten reaction. paula

    If it was me, i would do an complete stool test that test for parasites, leaky gut, colitsis, and checks to see if u are intolerant to gluten, soy, eggs and casein. I had one done last week and it was only 340. It was more helpful to me then the enterolab test i did 2 years ago. Of course this is if you just want to find out if you are gluten intolerant....
