    Rice cereal is at least gluten free. Barley and oats is not! so i would not be introducing these cereals if i was you. As for the constipation if you introduce a veggie it will help with the constipation. Choose a food that is not allergenic. I don't think they recommend bananas as a first food i believe i was told orange and green foods first. Furthermore...

    Hello, can anyone recommend a gluten free rice cereal? Many people like nestle rice cereal but the box does not claim gluten free like Milupa does. And since these companies also make barley and oat cereal im not sure if i can be assured there is no cross contamination. Does anyone have any experiences they'd like to share???

    i went into Carole's cheesecake cafe in yorkville, which has a huge sign outside their door advertising gluten-free cakes and the guys working there said they didn't know which ones were gluten-free? very disappointing i tell ya.

    can anyone recommend any sushi place in Ontario/Toronto area? And if so, what should i order? I'd love to give it a try, but everyone i call doesn't speak english and they have no idea what im saying.

    I ended up going. not bad if youre into vegetarian food. they have a gluten free dessert as well.

    After a year of emailing them they finally got back to me and said its fine however the butter they use is called butter oil. Its full of chemicals thats for sure. they were not sure of this is gluten-free... I still have not tried the popcorn it just makes me nervous. Which theatre chain did you write to...

    Good point. However she makes cakes to order and since she is solo i would assume she doesn't do too many cakes at once.

    I found a place online that makes gluten free cakes called Essence Cakes. Sounds good and i spoke to the lady who runs it. They rent a kitchen space and all cakes are made to order. Has anyone tried them out?? Does anyone know of any other cake places?
