    they sent me a list of gluten-free baby food. Quite a few options. Also healthy sprouts which is frozen is all gluten-free for those who are interested. I don't know if it is in the usa though.....

    I get patches of eczema too and cold sores on my mouth when i eat gluten. So youre not the only one.

    Yes you are right. When you have this problem you become afraid of travelling. Leaving the security of what you know. Maybe with your advice i will feel more comfortable.

    Their is a blood test which tests your antibodies that will be high because of eating gluten. Your body has an autoimmune response and these antibodies go up. Then there is a genetic test you can do that checks your genes. The one i did was from enterolab which online. It is a cheek swab.     He may be referring to powdered white sugar which has starch in it. Some brown sugars are also sweetened with gluten ingredients. But i hope he wasn't referring to glucose as gluten. That would be pretty dumb...

    Can anyone clarify this for me.... Lea and Perrins says their worcheshire sauce (burger booster) is gluten free on their website. However when i looked at the ingredients at the store it said malt vinegar. Does u.s.a and canada have different recipes for their w.sauce??? Does anyone know about this. Heinz has not emailed me back and 2 months have passed...

    I buy Bobby Brown lipsticks and lip gloss. I contacted them directly about the ones i had and they responded. Ask them to send you their gluten-free list. Nars too!

    Thanks. I looked them and wrote to them. They said that gluten items are produced on the same lines as the baby foods but they clean them thoroughly after wards. So i guess it comes down to a personal choice.
