    Carla, When you order stuff from Nutramedix how long does it take for you to get it? I know we're far away from each other, but I was just wondering. I want my stuff to get here so I can start detoxing! I am feeling yucky/toxic...awaiting my herx. Sigh.

    LOL! The egg white one was totally tasteless to me! I have NEVER had good luck with protein powder, but that one was GREAT! I am so bummed that eggs and I don't get along anymore. Oh well!

    I am going out on Valentine's Day to a restaurant called Maria's Italian Kitchen, in Pasadena CA. I am gluten, dairy, soy and egg free. I was wondering if anyone has been there and if so, what did you have? I think Italian food is the hardest as most of it is based in wheat! I have no idea what to even order....? I don't want to have to just have lettuce...

    Rice Dream used to say on the container that it contains a certain percent of barley extract. Apparently Rice Dream then decided to change the packaging saying that it's gluten-free but they never changed the formula. I use either Almond Milk, Hemp Milk or Trader Joes/Whole Foods brand Rice Milk. Trader joes (if you have one near you) has their own brand...

    Sherry, That was a very interesting study. I am so amazed at how all of the emotional and physical stuff is interconnected. It makes so much sense. It's so interesting that things from our childhood's can have so much ipmact forever, not just in relationships, but with our health!

    RPM, You can do what Donna is doing...she's building up her immune system first. A lot of people choose to do this. And, if you tell the BioSet lady about your concerns, I'm sure she'll be able to work something out that works for you. I am going more in the foot steps of what Carla was doing.     That's so great Amanda! I went to Celiac camp last summer and one of the campers and I flew home together, and it was SO fun to be at a restaurant together and ask them all kinds of questions...and she didn't think I was wierd! LOL! It is really great!

    I didn't know Olive Leaf was an antifungal in the candida sense. That's interesting. I wonder if this is what helps keep my candida at bay. I think between that and the Nystatin, I'm good to go!

    What time of day does everyone take their probiotics?! I have been taking them first thing in the morning...but read somewhere that they should be taken 2 hours after your last does of meds?! Wouldn't it make sense to take them before there's any food in your stomach?
