    Carla, your teeth look BEAUTIFUL!!! Congrats on brace-free teeth! YAY!! Hmm, I am afraid to go to the Dr. I guess I could go to a local clinic. Or, I could call my LLMD and ask which abx I could get if it is strep, because I am allergic to penicillin and amoxicillin. And, no...who is Curi? Is it Nyxie?

    Ugh, I woke up this morning and my thraot hurts so bad I can barely swallow. Also, it's like my tongue is swollen. It's very strange. I am going to be really upset if this is from the kids I babysit (not that I'll ever know...but).

    Can I buy chamomile in pill form, do you know? Valerian and St. John's Wort both interact with ambien apparently. It says that they can increase the sedative effect, lol. I guess I can always ask the LLMD on Saturday. Duh, I forgot.

    Yes! This is why I am worried about taking a sauna at the gym--I'm afraid I'll stop breathing. LOL! I won't, but it does feel like it. For me, it's the heat.     Julie, I have read the problem with taking charcoal every day is that it takes the good and the bad. People say it's better to take chlorella instead, because it doesn't take "good" and bad stuff from you. Carla, I've been so bored with having no new TV that I actually recorded Eli Stone, on Tivo.     Actually Carla, the western blot is about $250. It has gone up in price. Scotty, the co-infection tests are SUPER expensive. But, don't worry about that for now.

    I went through this at school, etc. I'm 17 and when I was in HS it was very hard at first, but I always ate healthfully anyway. I never took sandwhiches, etc. anyway so in that sense it was fine.     Sherry, it's just plain aloe vera gel. You can get it at any health food store or CVS/Walgreens type place. I would suggest a health food store though...organic and less "artificial" colors. Also, as Mango learned...it's clear, NOT green! Don't buy green, lol...too much crap in it. Just get clear, plain aloe vera gel.

    Carla, I finally went and got more fruit!!! :lol: I got there right before Whole Foods closed! Whew! Then, I was hungry but just wanted a light snack (around 10pm) so I made a "tropical" smoothie. OMGsh...it was AMAZING! I don't know if you know what Jamba Juice is, but that's *exactly* what it tasted like! Wayyyyy way better than the mixed berry blend...

    Lisa, I tried yoga many times. With my back/spinal/disc problems, it never worked for me. It was too hard. I am doing weights at the gym now and I find it A LOT easier than the gym! I like it way more than yoga, but lots of people think I'm crazy (not too shocking)! LOL!

    If you have a Wal Mart by you, their Great Value Brand soy sauce is gluten free. It says on the package...as always, make sure you read the label.

    These are not chewable...so no they don't taste good at all! Actually they're quite gross! I won't be taking them again. I used to take them all the time, but I guess not anymore. Where's Andrea? Are you okay Andrea?

    Amanda, This is an interesting topic. I have had the same thing happen. I can't use Tampax pearls anymore because they always hurt way too much. I really like either Kotex or Playtex Beyond. Those are way better than pearls to me.
