    Everyone in my family had a "pee-fest" shortly after going gluten-free. I'm not sure why but it went away on its own. I also have a "pee-fest" a couple weeks after a glutening after the digestive symptoms have stopped.

    Well I tried the 365 gluten free muffin mix this morning for breakfast. I added frozen blueberries to it but otherwise followed the instructions on the box. It had a good texture but I think it needs sugar. Of course that would be a personal decision. I'd buy it again, but I'd tinker with it. -Shannon
