    I'm the queen of sinus infections unfortunately. I have very bad allergies--hence the screen name. If you think the smell is originating from your nose and sinus, then it likely is a sinus infection.

    Both iron and zinc in vitamins commonly cause nausea even in people without celiac or other GI troubles. Also, iodine can cause bad reactions for some people.

    Here is my 2 cents as someone with severe nasal allergies who has been allergy tested repeatedly because my husband's work causes us to move every few years: The IgE skin tests are the most accurate tests for allergies.     Thank you! I feel the exact same way you do. Though I don't have any tests results, everything seems to add up.
