    I have only been gluten-free for little over 2 months, I also had big problem with the Big C with celiac. After i went gluten-free for about a week I started having improvements with bowels. But yes floating BM's is common from my own experience and it happens whenever i make a mistake with something i eat or drink. Hope this helps!!

    I had always been constipated, never having regular BM's. after being gluten-free for awhile it is much better now.

    Can anyone tell me if there is a dog food that you can buy at walmart that is gluten-free? My house is gluten-free except the dog's food. I have DH real bad. Need to find dog food that I can tolerate, as my dog is real affectionate and a beagle and must lick. Thanks again

    I totally agree! I was glutened at the salon 2 days ago Beautician said she had celiac and would promise me i would not have to worry. Hair felt great when I left. I was so happy.     I had one last month, they said anything you can drink that you can see thru= EXCEPT RED COLORING I was real upset with tummy and was not able to drink all of the go-lightly that they had me take 6 hrs before the procedure.     I have had DH for probably 6 years or so. They itch, can be painful and sometimes bleed. Prob due to scratching. the dr's all thought it was shingles.     I too have had sweats and chills, dr put me on neurontin 300mg twice a day for about 3 months. It really worked well and stopped the sweating and freezing.     I agree about the tea baths, I use them when I have a rash coming on due to DH. I was told about this when my daughter was real young and having bad bouts of diaper rash. It works amazingly well. Good luck.

    My kids and grandkids just left after being here for 10 days. they came from MO and all had bad colds. Of course I caught it, my question is Is there any Vit C that I can buy over the counter that is gluten free? I have only been gluten free for about 6 weeks now so REALLY just learning.     Do you have insurance? If you do is it a HMO? Back when I used to work, before celiac disease I used to work trying to get insurance authorizations for procedures.     Happy 4th everyone!!! My daughter and her husband are here from Mo. with their 2 kids. I have not seen them in about a year, I am so excited since been on the gluten-free diet am doing so much better. So nice to wake up in the morning not vomiting. He is a gastro and supposed to be a expert in celiac I made a appt. with him for July 30th Alot better than Oct. 4th and i dont have to travel 3 hours (one way) to see him.
