    We are lucky in that my daughter likes salads. We ask them to only put lettuce, carrots, and cheese on it (that's what she prefers). We also bring our own dressing - the little individual cups of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. We have also been known to pack her meal and then let her order a soda to drink with it which also makes her perfectly happy...

    I just wanted to report in that I made these tonight and they were a big hit!!! It was suggested (by hubby) to put the cream cheese mixture in the middle (partially fill muffin tin with batter, add a bit of the cream cheese mix and then finish filling with batter).     Snoozen . . . Judee . . . YaY!!! Peeps, starting to feel a little under the weather. Flu has been hitting hard here. Some school closures due to high absentee rates.     Yep . . . they still try and make a hoarse coughing sound. People down the street did it to their sheltie.     Blood tests can be unreliable in young children . . . so can the endoscopy. They may want to do an endoscopy anyway. If they do, ask them to check for disaccharidase deficiencies. This is a lab test that can be done on one of the biopsy samples. They did it for my daughter because I asked them to check for lactose intolerance. They may automatically...

    Mornin' Pholks!! Went to a "Hoe Down" fundraiser last night. It benefited a Hippotherapy facility. It was held at the facility so I got to pet all the horsies. Smackl would have loved to have come with us but then she would have seen the big framed horse photo collection thingy that we got for her at the silent auction. I just love silent auctions....
