    We used carnation instant breakfast added to milk to add calories. We also used the ensure (with the extra calories). Most times, we let my son work on a can of ensure all day (in addition to the meals).

    Thank gawd my kids don't play soccer or I would suspect you might be talking about ME!!! Actually I would LOVE to NOT drive a van . . . but it does haul a lot of crap stuff . . . and it's really difficult for the kids to ding the neighboring parked cars when the doors can only slide.

    If your pediatrician is on board with it, then I think you should be good. If you find that your daughter needs to be gluten free and you have trouble with the school system (that's really the only thing I can think of), then you've got your pediatrician backing you up.

    Mornin' all Friends coming for dinner tonight. Spaghetti & Meatballs. Meatballs and sauce were made yesterday. Found Kinnikinnick's Smorables yesterday so also made Eclair Squares for dessert.     Bought these today because of this thread. OMG!! These are FAB!!! Tried them before I even got home. Probably should have bought more boxes because I don't make it to that particular store too often.
