  1. I've never paid attention to the color of the baskets, but we're going there tomorrow night so I'll have to check it out! My kids always get the chicken on a stick with cheddar cheese, mandrin oranges and french fries. Only the fries come in a basket. The rest is served on plates. We never go to the ones with the shared fryers. I think the kids only...
  2. Don't know what's going on here! Never used to remember my dreams and now it's like crazy town every night and I seem to remember everything! Night before last it was me locked in a car eating fruity pebbles with Robert Pattinson, and as Nik said, "You were locked in a car with RPatz feeding him Fruity Pebbles? What a waste of a dream!" and last night...
  3. Not true unfortunately. We have 4 in our area and only 2 have separate fryers...
  4. Simon only wants the veggies on my plate
  5. We'll not be informing the kiddos on this one Except now they're splashing 'GLUTEN FREE" all over the boxes so now the 5yo thinks he needs it all! We passed a small display of cereal treats at Target and he saw "GLUTEN FREE" across the middle of the Fruity Pebbles cereal treats. I bought them just for their field trips and told him not to expect it again...

  7. Except when they're not. And at my stores they're not and they're mixed in with the regular bread. Just be careful!!
  8. I had never purchased it before, wanted to try it bc everyone raves about it. I didn't know they had both varieties. You'd think after 5 years I'd be a little bit smarter and read the stinkin package!
  9. BE CAREFUL!!!! In many of our stores, Rudi's bread is all together in the refrigerated bread section. I mistakingly bought a loaf of GLUTEN bread that was next to the entire display of gluten-free bread and poisoned both of my kids
  10. RR is usually where we eat if we go out. There's 1 in particular that has a dedicated fryer for their fries, so the kids are all over that. They are so careful, so accomodating and so great with us, it's worth it every time! 5 Guys is the other place we go for french fries. They are equally as awesome!!
  11. Yes!!! That's right Goal 1 of the summer: get some brain cells back!! TruDat! Overall, I think her face would be the last thing to be noticed!
  12. How did I end up with Russell?? Personally, I don't prefer sports where balls fly at my nose.... I'd take stats to stare at him for an hour! It bothers the daughter when I comment on a guy's good looks. I tell her it is completely appropriate to appreciate another person's beauty. Since then, I try to ogle in secret with my sunglasses...
  13. I'm trying to play catch up. I have 16 pages left, so I know I'm behind with the following I'll still take him if he isn't happy where he's at. I pay 50$ per day for 2 kids currently. Sounds like it's more lucrative where he's at now (but not nearly as entertaining, I'm sure!! ) Soooooooooooo sorry, and I'm really trying to keep...
  14. Sooooo sorry Peter and Jacquie. God bless little Tuppence.
  15. My body doesn't tolerate meat very well at all, and I really don't like it-never have. I've considered putting in a serving of fish a week, but haven't made the jump yet. I know the cheese doesn't work on an actual Paleo diet, but because I can't eat a dozen eggs per day, greek yogurt and 1 serving of cheese per day are an added protein that I need. I...
  16. I also see it as a supply and demand. If we're all buying the local (if possible), organic products, there, in theory, will be an increased demand, thus an increased supply, hopefully driving the costs down.
  17. I've been a vegetarian for 2 years. I won't go back to eating meat. So don't try to convince me otherwise I'm wondering if there's anyone else out there that does this effectively as well as your thoughts on the pros and cons. I do eat eggs and cheese, both local and organic. I do not drink milk but I love both almond and coconut milks. Curiosity
  18. I get 18 organic, local eggs for 3.50. I make sure that I'm buying from local, sustainable farms with totally free-range, free laying chickens. NO CAGES!!! I saw Food Inc. and it scarred me for life!!
  19. I buy organic and as local as possible.
  20. Take 'em out huh...??? I'm not sure he fairs very well there...

  23. That is offensive. Please refrain.
