    These plus a veggie and a fruit of some sort is what I do for mine: -leftovers -sandwiches -cheese and crackers -bagels and cream cheese -multigrain crackers and cream cheese (my kids love the little mini packs of Philly strawberry cream cheese) -quesadillas -muffins-- I make PBJ muffins, pizza muffins, ham and cheese muffins--the sky's the limit....

    I have a 9y/o girl. She was diagnosed at age 4. We pack lunches every day and keep a snack box at school. If there's anything I can do to help on the day to day stuff, let me know, I'm a pro! It's made a HUGE difference with both of my kids. Both are so healthy it's crazy--especially from where we came from...

    I found 2 sites that say the Dekuypers brand of schnapps are gluten-free. They have one called 'hot damn' cinnamon schnapps. Not 100% positive. Trying to find info for Fireball whiskey too, not being successful
