    Trying to increase my vegetable content and decrease the crap content in my diet this week So I made a very large dark leafy green salad with cabbage, onions, carrots, tomato, chopped raw almonds and walnuts tossed in a vinegrette

    I use Bob's RedMill gluten-free oats. They're the slower cooking variety, so I usually dump 'em in the food processor first to break them down a bit. Otherwise, they don't soften up very well.

    When we went to Hawaii over the summer, we checked the suitcase with all of the clothes (except 1 outfit each and toiletries). The carry on bags were all food. I made an 4 loaves of bread, sliced and packaged individually, putting all but 1 in the freezer when we got there.     I have it, I actually love it. It's the only 'shampoo' that helps with my scalp psoriasis. It is, however, FULL of wheat, so watch out! I don't use it as a leave in conditioner and I use it in a separate shower that my kids use.
