  11. I use Bob's RedMill gluten-free oats. They're the slower cooking variety, so I usually dump 'em in the food processor first to break them down a bit. Otherwise, they don't soften up very well.

  16. I have it, I actually love it. It's the only 'shampoo' that helps with my scalp psoriasis. It is, however, FULL of wheat, so watch out! I don't use it as a leave in conditioner and I use it in a separate shower that my kids use.
