    I've been vegetarian for a while, have slowly given everything up but fish and eggs. I'm trying vegan full-on for 4 weeks to see how do-able it is. I swear Portland has to be the vegan capital of the US!! I saw a portion of the documentary, Food INC, and I need to see the rest of it to see if it was all as horrific as the part I saw.     Mee Three Tee!! Plumber wasn't able to come out until 4pm yesterday, so I was forced to boil pots and pots of water and do all my dishes by hand I HATE doing dishes anyway, let alone by hand.     Wilton sprinkles and sanding sugar is all we use. Never had a problem, and their customer service is AMAZING!! Also, my kids are SUPER sensitive.

    Exfoliation!!! I LOVE the Neutragena microderm-abrasion kit. I was starting to get crows feet, laugh lines and a crease between my brows. Within a month of using this thing 2-3x a week, I've noticed a HUGE difference. I follow that up with virgin coconut oil all over my face. My skin has never been so soft!

    This is what I do: Make sure your water is at a FULL rolling boil, add pasta, stir well to separate, bring back up to a full boil, decrease heat to a small boil, I only cook for 1/2 the suggested time and then check for doneness. I find that gluten-free pastas cook for less time than the directions state. Drain and rinse.
