  1. If the antibiotics don't help, you may want to consider a head CT for your sinuses. Really good way to look at them, see what they're actually doing. If you're taking a lot of anti-inflammatories, then on the days you don't take them, you're likely to suffer a rebound headache. It's like you're having withdrawls. If it's the TMJ that's causing the problem...

CT, MRI, ECHO to rule out PFO (some nut-job thinks there's a correlation between a PFO-hole in the heart-and migrains.   4. Beyond amazing!!! And easy to make! I make them the night before, get them into the pan and put them in the fridge, then bake in the morning for a no fuss breakfast treat! I make my own flour blend and I sub in mine for all the recommended flours. I do this for all recipes and it turns out fine every time. You can use the suggested flours...

  7. I keep track of calories, fiber and protein on one of my phone apps and I average 40g of fiber a day and ~80g protein. I'm a vegetarian and I've figured out that I can replace ground beef with lentils with little alteration in taste-my carniverous husband likes it alot too!   10. I always use the recommended temp with my oven, I do check 5-10 minutes before it's supposed to be done. Cookies are about 2 minutes early.

  12. I still use it, for what it's worth. They clearly list their ingredients online--or they did last time I was there, that stuff lasts so long, it's been a few months!
  13. I've found that overall, the cooking time and temp is more true to what a recipe says, if not a bit less. The only thing I really do differently is when I make muffins or cakes, I rotate them 180o half way thru otherwise their peak is way off center--from the fan blowing in 1 direction But nothing's ever burnt on the bottom!

I make a really good cold pasta salad that my kids really like with the tri-colored quinoa noodles and mix in diced pepperoni, feta cheese, quartered roma tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and olives with a basic Italian dressing as the sauce.   22. In this particular case, Lisa answered it in post #4. Unilever is totally reliable when it comes to listing gluten ingredients. If it doesn't say (barley) after Yeast Extract, it's not made from barley. Other companies may use the barley, you'd have to go on a product by product basis
