I saw an AVR this morning They are done with a complete sternotomy-split down the middle. They can do a mitral replacement by robot which only leaves a small scar on the left side of the body. We see patients who are well into their 80's on a regular basis. As long as they're in decent shape, not a serious risk of dying on the table. There are a few... -

I.Was.The.Designated.Driver... I drank 2 mimosas in the morning and it was just enough to take the edge off, but I think having to also wrangle my 2 kids kept me occupied enough that I had NO downtime until it was literally time to walk down the aisle. It honestly was a lovely day. Tracy was radiant and the happiest I've ever seen her. Everything... -

I marinated the steak in a mixture of dry sherry, tamari, ketchup, sesame oil and fresh grated ginger. Broiled the steak to medium and while the steak was cooking, I boiled down the marinade to make a sauce for the steak. The first thing Maddie said was that it would be perfect over rice When I got home from PTA last night I could still smell the sauce... -

I give my kids the option to sell (*** BUT,... -

I've been stewing on this all day today and I think what my plan is to sit down with a calendar for the fridge and go over food for all 4 of us. I am unwilling to bend on more meat during the week. 3 dinners a week is enough! So I handle 4 dinners, Jesse handles 3. We'll do a menu plan for the month with each person picking different meals with eating...
