My doctor was ready to diagnose me with fibro and wanted to write me a prescription, but I decided to do an elimination diet first and turns out corn was causing all my fibro symptoms I agree with some people on here that a lot if not all people with fibro, IBS ect.. can cure it if they can find out the root cause of their pain.
  2. Thanks for the recipes, both sound good

My doctor suggested a rotation diet so I am hoping that helps me keep rice in my diet. 13. Clay based litters are the worst for your cat and the environment, there are tons of chemicals, your cats can swallow some when they clean themselves and the clay rocks are not a sustainable material. Worlds Best Cat Litter is made from corn and biodegradable (and clumps) there are also recycled paper litters and pine litters
  14. I've been gluten free since last June and feeling great but the last several days I have lost most of my sense of smell and everything I eat either tastes weird or like nothing at all. I have also been very fatigued the last couple of days and having dizzy spells. It doesn't feel like I got glutened, that has happened several times so I know what that...
  15. I have been vegetarian for about 13 years and found out I had celiac about 10 months ago. 16. I have had very itchy skin for years that would itch so bad I would actually scratch it in my sleep and wake up with scabs. I never thought it was really related to anything until I went gluten free and it went completely away, and if I get glutened I get itchy again for about a week but I have never had a rash or bumps. Does anyone else get this? Is it...
